Check licence, updates and add-ons

Open Settings to view licence ownership and update coverage, check for signed updates, or review available first-party add-ons. Add-ons can be turned on only when available and entitled; turning one off keeps its encrypted local data and stops its background work. Production endpoints remain a release prerequisite.
